We have used four over the past year, and all have been not up to the mark in some way. You are above it in every measure.

And you do what you claim to do (that's sometimes rare on the net) I haven't checked the product quality yet - but it looks good in the box!!
Whatever you are doing, keep doing it, you are the future of internet shopping.
It's ticks in all the boxes which will keep customers coming back.
There are so many ink suppliers out there now, that if one falls short or disappoints its just too easy to swap. But when everything is right, there's just no reason to.
So keep it up!
