The Protx system uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which means that you cannot inadvertently reveal personal information by using an insecure connection. Protx is a secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement. You simply select the product you wish to buy, make the order and will then be directed to the Protx secure payment environment.
Protx automates and completes the transaction whilst securing the card details, Protx utilises a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Protx also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that its not tampered with.
Protx take a responsibility for capturing and storing card details on Protx secure servers - ensuring that all information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Protx accepts payments from the following cards - Visa (excluding Electron), MasterCard (excluding Maestro), Switch (including Solo) and Diners Club International
