How to claim
Following your purchase, complete a claim form and submit it together with a copy of proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number from the product. You will be asked to provide your personal and/or business details, including bank details. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
Promotion is for purchases between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025.

What you need to know
With this promotion you get Epson’s standard 1-year commercial warranty plus up to an extra 4 years cover.
The type and level of cover you will receive depends on the standard warranty for your printer, in all cases please read the terms and conditions for this promotion to understand the extended warranty.
This offer is not compatible with other warranty extension care packs, if you have already purchased a care pack for your printer then you will not be eligible for a free care pack.
This offer is for a warranty extension to a maximum term of 5 years or when the maximum number of pages are printed, whichever comes first. For maximum number of page limits, please refer to the T&Cs.
